The customer service and delivery are so subpar it's almost humorous. It took over a third of a year instead of the promised six weeks to receive my order. I understand delays can happen, but the blatant disregard for customers and the aggressive responses on social media to criticism are frustrating. Just accept feedback and work on improving.
