I ordered this product two weeks ago and was assured I would receive confirmation of it shipping with tracking information. It was never received. Now the company has gone silent as I attempt to find out the status of my order. They may offer great products but they are the absolute worst at getting the product to you. They will, however, take your money.
The representatives of this company promote harmful activities and violence on social media, especially reckless driving and misuse of weapons. One in particular, who goes by a specific name, personally attacks individuals in comments whenever he feels like it. This conduct is appalling and unacceptable.
An exceptionally dedicated company that truly aims for excellence! Collaborating with them has been a real joy, and their merchandise ranks among the best I've encountered. I was amazed when it arrived; everything exceeded my expectations. I hope to continue a strong partnership with them in the future! The customer service and delivery are so subpar it's almost humorous. It took over a third of a year instead of the promised six weeks to receive my order. I understand delays can happen, but the blatant disregard for customers and the aggressive responses on social media to criticism are frustrating. Just accept feedback and work on improving.
