Servers went down in Sydney & Melbourne for days which left me no choice but to move to another (cheaper & faster) VPS service.
Once I had moved to the new VPS, I stopped the server & made a formal request to cancel all services and close my wife's account in mid Dec '25 via a support ticket. Apparently that was not enough!?! In March 26 she asked me what these "VULTR" charges on her credit card were about. They had taken 3 more months of payments. I was livid. Speachless.
There were no follow up emails from the ticketing system that would have informed me that they had not closed the account, but that it was up to me to do it.

Very sneaky.
Don't like those sort of tactics.
Support was never very good.
