Logged a complaint to Vuma for wifi as it has not been working for 2 weeks now. They literally deducted my money and the wifi is still not working. I need my refund, I have been sending them messages everyday to come and fix the wifi as I am using it for work purpose but nothing has been resolve I need my refund and they should come and disconnect this so that I can look for another service provider their service is very bad.
