AVOID ordering from this service! I placed an order at a local store on December 10th through an associate, but it never arrived, and I realized that the order didn't go through. I reordered online on December 26th (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but that obviously didn't happen). Now it's January 10th, and the order still hasn't shown up. I've contacted the company by phone and email, and they simply stated that they have 10 business days to deliver, while their website mentions 4-7 days. The main office is in San Diego, and the delivery address is also in San Diego. I tracked the package, which sat at a facility in San Diego for over a week and is now in Columbus, Ohio! Every time I reach out via email, I receive no response for 3 or more business days. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company and will never order from them again!
