Steer clear of this website!

Steer clear of this website! I placed an order at a local store on December 10th through an associate, but it never arrived, and I found out that the order didn't go through. I reordered online on December 26th (it was meant to be a Christmas gift, but that clearly didn't work out). Now it's January 10th, and the order still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the company via phone and email, but they just said they have 10 business days for delivery, while the website states 4-7 days. The main office is in San Diego, and the delivery address is also in San Diego. I tracked the package, which sat at a facility in San Diego for over a week and is now in Columbus, Ohio! Each time I reach out via email, I don't receive a response for 3 or more business days. I'm planning to dispute this with my credit card company and will never order from them again!

Frustrating exchange process

Frustrating exchange process! I went to exchange a gift for a different size, but they didn't inform me beforehand that I had to repurchase the product to make the exchange. I didn't have the funds available at that moment to buy it again, and they also failed to explain this before processing the return. Consequently, I had to return the gift instead. I think the system is terrible, and it's even worse that they don’t clarify this before proceeding with the transaction.

Delivery issues with expensive item

They informed me via email that an expensive item (Christmas gift) was delivered to my home, but it was not. I called on 12/22 and was told they would investigate and follow up. However, I heard nothing and called again on 12/23 only to find out they were closed until after Christmas. This is a poor time for customer support to be unavailable, especially with Christmas deliveries being mishandled!

Jacket quality issue

I bought a lightweight jacket and have only worn it a few times, yet the zipper has already come off. Very disappointing quality.

Disappointing trainer program

The trainer program is a disappointing experience. After 40 years in the fitness industry and 20 years as a personal trainer, I applied for the discount program and submitted all required credentials. I was denied due to not having an online schedule, which is unnecessary for my in-home training with older adults. I have discounts with other major brands without issues. Once denied, the response from the company was unprofessional, and now I'm unable to apply online! It's frustrating, especially since I could have been a great ambassador for them.

Misleading delivery information

Delivery was late. When I emailed customer service, they just copied and pasted information from the website that turned out to be incorrect.

Deceptive shipping policies

Deceptive shipping policies! They mislead customers about delivery dates in the shopping cart, but after placing the order, the shipping timelines change drastically, with 4 working days to pack and 7-10 days for shipping! It's as if they are shipping internationally! Customer service does not care and blames customers for the issues. Majorly disappointing!

Terrible online shopping experience

If I could give this clothing line a negative rating, I would. I ordered one item and needed it urgently, so I paid for express shipping. After three days with no update, a week later they attempted to send a new order because the initial one was lost. Ultimately, both orders were canceled after a week, and they informed me the item was out of stock.
