I started out as a huge fan of Waalaxy, recommending it to my clients and even joining their brand ambassador program, excited by the prospect of earning commissions for my efforts. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned to frustration and disappointment when I ran into an issue with my first referral.I brought a client to Waalaxy, provided them with my referral link, and even followed up with reminders before the Black Friday deal ended. Despite all this, I was denied the commission that I clearly earned, because my referral was excited about the platform and signed up right away when I first mentioned it. It's crucial to note that they later forgot about the platform and only purchased when I reminded them on Black Friday and gave them my referral link. The support team, while polite, gave me a runaround. They kept insisting that my client didn’t use my link at the time of purchase, despite the fact that they absolutely came to Waalaxy because of my recommendation. I provided all the proof — email conversations, screenshots, and my client’s confirmation — but it didn’t seem to matter. They continuously refused to honor my referral for the Black Friday purchase, offering me only future commissions, which is a joke because my client purchased a yearly plan, so the next commission would be in a year if they ever use the platform that long, and if it does not collapse because what they are doing is against LinkedIn ToS.The lack of transparency, poor support, and their complete unwillingness to make things right is beyond frustrating. It's clear to me now that they don’t care about their brand ambassadors or the efforts we put into promoting their platform. They claim to make exceptions, but in practice, they stick to rigid policies that are utterly unfair and dismissive of those who help bring in new business.Waalaxy's customer support is a joke. I’ve reached out multiple times, only to be met with vague responses and no solutions. It's incredibly frustrating when a company you’ve supported doesn’t treat you with the same respect.I will no longer be recommending Waalaxy to anyone, and I urge other potential ambassadors to stay away. It’s clear that they don’t value their community, and at this point, I’m beyond disappointed. What started as a promising partnership has left me feeling completely undervalued and disillusioned.
