I was disappointed with Waalaxy’s pricing and trial setup. The platform advertises an upgrade at €49/month, but this only applies to annual subscriptions. If you want a true monthly plan, the price jumps to €99 - clearly misleading.
The so-called “free trial” offered in exchange for a five-star review only gives access to a very basic version. It’s so limited that it’s barely usable, essentially forcing you to upgrade just to get anything of value.
Even higher-tier options, like €120/month, basically match the regular monthly price, making the pricing confusing and frustrating. Waalaxy doesn’t deliver on the value promised in its marketing, and the trial experience does not allow you to properly evaluate the platform.

terrible support and every week its a different problem then it takes days to get any support while your paid subsciption is ticking and they make you beg to get compensated for the time your software is not working . YOU will never get to speak to a live person. I have been trying to just create a list of the 1000 max it allows and for 3 months it has been limited and not by linkedin one day yes then next day no even the techs admit there was a problem and promised a fix and yet here I am.

We used the free trial but canceled afterwards. I noticed that after a while my posts got very few impressions - apparently a shadow ban from LinkedIn due too many connection requests. There was no prior warning or information from Waalaxy on how to avoid it, i just found it out by myself. When i stopped using the feature my impressions went back to normal.Also the permanent banners in your native LinkedIn feed are really annoying and cannot be deactivated. I especially didn't like that they try to blend in with normal organic content. Worst idea ever. Would not recommend.
