I had lunch at 1:30 pm and ordered the Texas "Bacon" Cheesesteak melt. After eating half of it, I discovered there was no bacon. I wanted to address this with the waitress, but she was preoccupied with another table. When she finally asked if everything was okay, I pointed out the missing bacon and pickles. She responded rudely, suggesting I should have spoken up earlier. I usually enjoy the food and service here, but her behavior changed my opinion, especially towards a disabled veteran like myself. Previously, I tipped the cook generously for his good work, but this interaction was disappointing.
