Review Time
I was refused service ,my wife i arrived before 2 other groups of people but no one greeted or attempted to take our order. I think i am a victim of racial profiling.
Upon leaving this location 4881 Atlanta Hwy. Athens ,GA i commented to the closes waitress to us ,thank you for your service . She refused to make eye contact with me and made a smug grunt as if she was pleased to see us leave .I am considering seeking legal advice.
I've dined at this restaurant several times with friends, and every visit has been outstanding. The place is exceptionally clean, the food arrives quickly and at the right temperature, and the staff is courteous and eager to chat. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

I just returned from picking up a to-go order and was underwhelmed. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received only the grilled chicken breast and buns—no lettuce, tomato, or anything else. This does not meet my expectations for a grilled chicken sandwich.
I'm unsure how many managers conduct interviews for positions that have already been filled. After an interview at this location, I was informed that the positions were no longer available. It feels like my time was wasted due to either miscommunication or dishonesty.
I frequently order from this establishment through a delivery service and have been quite let down. Recently, all locations in my area have switched to delivery only. The quality of the food varies greatly depending on who is cooking. I consistently order the same meal, yet I often receive wheat toast instead of white. The scrambled eggs are inconsistent in quantity, ranging from 1 to 4 when I should get 2. My order includes 3 pieces of bacon, but sometimes I only receive 2. Today, I've decided to stop supporting this business.
I had lunch at 1:30 pm and ordered the Texas "Bacon" Cheesesteak melt. After eating half of it, I discovered there was no bacon. I wanted to address this with the waitress, but she was preoccupied with another table. When she finally asked if everything was okay, I pointed out the missing bacon and pickles. She responded rudely, suggesting I should have spoken up earlier. I usually enjoy the food and service here, but her behavior changed my opinion, especially towards a disabled veteran like myself. Previously, I tipped the cook generously for his good work, but this interaction was disappointing.
