We have frequented a local branch since it opened a year ago. We've consistently redeemed a free side with returned bowls during our visits. However, on my son's 6th birthday, we were suddenly informed that the voucher couldn't be used on the same visit. This feels deceptive. The junior manager displayed a lack of management skills, and the service was disappointing. Serious training is necessary, and terms of offers should be clear from the start.
