My family visited a location after shopping, expecting a nice meal since we often dine at other branches. The entrance area was cramped, and we were asked to wait outside in the cold. After another couple was seated, we returned inside, only to be asked to step outside again, despite not blocking anything. I felt singled out while the restaurant had empty tables. When I spoke to the manager, he could only offer to seat us after the fact. The whole experience left us confused and disappointed.
