I am quite disappointed with this service. I ordered a lovely sweater for my dog for the holidays, but it still hasn't arrived. I have received emails stating that there were multiple delivery attempts. This is utterly frustrating. I haven't gotten any notifications from the delivery service about when my package would be delivered. I have requested a full refund but have not received any response. I will not be buying from this service again.
