Very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a lovely sweater for my dog for Christmas, but it still hasn't arrived. I've received emails stating that there have been multiple delivery attempts, which is quite frustrating. There have been no notifications from the delivery service regarding when my package would arrive. I've asked for a full refund but have not received any response. I will not be buying from this service again.

Very Disappointing Experience

Reliable Service

Received a lovely jumper and the customer support was excellent, with quick delivery. I do think it's slightly pricey for what it is, but ultimately it was my decision to purchase it.

Stylish and Comfortable!

This is our second sweater from this seller. Our dog has an unusual shape, so we downsized this time since the previous medium size was more like a skirt for her. However, it was so comfortable that she jumped right into it, not giving us a chance to use the size exchange policy. She’s stretching the small one nicely, and we’re already planning our next order!

Perfect Doggy Jumpers!

These are the most perfect doggy jumpers we've been able to find! After sending many back due to poor fit for our Russian toy terriers, we found this seller who was incredibly helpful and exceeded our expectations. The customer service is outstanding, the quality of the garments is superb, and the fit is impeccable. The XS fits perfectly without interfering with their toileting, while keeping them warm in these beautiful wool knits. Highly recommend this brand!
