I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a lovely sweater for my dog for Christmas, but it still hasn't arrived. I've received emails stating that there have been multiple delivery attempts, which is quite frustrating. There have been no notifications from the delivery service regarding when my package would arrive. I've asked for a full refund but have not received any response. I will not be buying from this service again.
