I couldn't change my bank connection in the app, and I've reached out at least eight times. When I do get a response, it's always a generic message that doesn't address the issue. There's no live chat, and sometimes they just don't reply at all. Customer service is terrible. Compared to other companies, I find another platform to be the best option. Even their reply below seems focused on problems rather than solutions.
