I attempted to use the service but was informed there were “inconsistencies with my pay.” I have no clue what that means, as my pay has been consistent or higher for nearly six years. When I contacted support, I received an automated email that didn't address any of my initial inquiries. There are other wage services I would prefer over this one.
I strongly advise against borrowing from this service. They assume you need to borrow money even if you're not in financial distress. When you can't meet their payment demands, they monitor your bank account and seize your entire paycheck as soon as it arrives, leaving you with nothing—no money even for basic needs. I intended to pay off $400 this week, but they took $900 just moments after my funds were deposited. Their representatives are rude and seem unaware that their actions are illegal; I am now pursuing legal action against them. They treat you like you're uninformed. I've been left with zero funds for food or medication, putting my health at serious risk. I can't afford to get to work or pay my rent. This service is truly appalling. They even lie in their responses to reviews, which is astonishing. There are many other platforms that are honest and willing to work with you, like another service I recommend. The blatant dishonesty is shocking, and if I could share screenshots, I would.

I have no reversals on my bank account and meet all the lending criteria, yet they declined my application. I emailed them twice and received a response four days later, but it didn't address my inquiry at all. After another email, I got another generic reply unrelated to my question. It seems like they haven't read my emails. I sent another email today, but I'm not hopeful about receiving a meaningful response. This appears to be a common issue for many other customers who also receive generic replies that don't address their questions. Very strange.

I couldn't change my bank connection in the app, and I've reached out at least eight times. When I do get a response, it's always a generic message that doesn't address the issue. There's no live chat, and sometimes they just don't reply at all. Customer service is terrible. Compared to other companies, I find another platform to be the best option. Even their reply below seems focused on problems rather than solutions.
I'm very dissatisfied. I've had an advance of $100 three times, which would have helped me significantly, but I can't get past the identity verification. They told me to email my photo ID, which I’ve done several times, but I keep receiving the same automated response. I can try again in seven days, only to get the same result. I applied because I needed help, and I still do!
This is the worst case of blatant dishonesty. If you need to update your details, forget it. Lose access to an old email account and want them to make changes? They’ll say they will update the details once the account is paid, but after payment, they refuse to assist further. They ignore emails, and I've reported them to the relevant authorities. Use at your own risk.
They claim to be there to help, but it's all a facade. I've been seeking support for over a year and have reached out multiple times via email, but I've made no progress. It's like communicating with a robot—there's no real response or assistance. A total waste of time.
