We purchased this insurance but on further reading we will be cancelling it. We received an e- mail to say we needed our pup to have annual dental checks to enable us to claim should we need for the dental part of the insurance which we will have to pay for yearly even when there’s nothing wrong. To see a vet we have to be triaged by the insurance company’s vet or we get penalised £50, on top of the excess and now we have an email highlighting as well as our excess we have to pay a further 20% of any claim cost! We are awaiting a phone call from the company and will be cancelling. What seemed a reasonable insurance premium for our pup turns out to be far more expensive than other companies.
