Very disappointed with this insurer. When my policy auto-renewed, I was not able to change the claim limit or excess, leaving me with a £2,000 limit and time restrictions that were completely unsuitable for a dog undergoing cancer treatment.
I kept the policy because, with my dog’s medical history, no other insurer would probably not cover her. I therefore did not expect a new excess to be applied. This was never made clear and felt very unfair.
Customer service has been extremely frustrating. My concerns were not properly addressed, and responses felt like generic templates rather than genuine attempts to help. The company focused only on refusing cancellation and refunds, despite long delays in processing my claim.
This situation has caused unnecessary stress during an already upsetting time. It feels like profit is prioritised over animal welfare and customer care.
I have now cancelled my policy. Sadly, my experience appears consistent with many other negative reviews.
