Found the level of cover I wanted for my puppy through a 3rd party provider. The next day I got a call from waggle direct stating I had been somewhat miss-sold said insurance. There was a 20% co-payment clause that was not clearly stated on the 3rd parties quote. I logged on and removed the 20% co- payment which increased my monthly payment by £2 something so it wasn't major but they gave me a month's free insurance for the inconvenience.
