I recently welcomed a rescue dog who is quite large, and finding an extra-large bed for her was a challenge. I initially purchased this bed for car travel, but it's so well designed that I'm using it at home and planning to get another for the car. I've bought many dog beds over the past 20 years, but I'm incredibly impressed with this one. The padding is removable, and the outer fabric is durable and easy to clean. It's lightweight with carry straps and can be adjusted to fit smaller spaces. While it's not the cheapest option, it seems built to last a lifetime.
I ordered an extra-large dog dock on December 1st and received confirmation that it would ship within 24 hours. Later, I was informed it was a preorder, which was not clearly communicated, and it seems they had sold out. I am still waiting for my order after paying £130 over a month ago.
We received our two dog docks this week and couldn't be happier with their high quality and beautiful appearance. They are super easy to assemble, and the dogs enjoy them both in and out of the car. The communication throughout from the support team was excellent, and I would highly recommend this service and its products.
I placed my order in November during the pre order period and have now received the bed. While the wait was longer than expected, I’m very happy with the final product. Max was extremely helpful and transparent throughout, and I’m very satisfied with the quality
I am disappointed that I still have not received my order, which I pre-ordered at the end of November and was scheduled for delivery on the 1st of December. I was told the new delivery date was the 5th of January. Now this date has been and gone too. Not impressed.
I have not received my £130 dog dock despite ordering on 25th November with 24 hour next day delivery via DPD. I have emailed the company 3 times without reply. I will now request a refund and would therefore not recommend. I am concerned that this company cannot deliver on its promises.
