It has been sooooooooo long since I ordered from your site that 1. this is the first I have heard from you, 2. I am not even sure I placed the order because it was back at Xmas time and it is now mid-Feb, 3. When you give an original ship date, you should honor that, 4. at the bottom of this survey it says that you could receive this prior to getting your product because it is automatic, that is dumb.What a waste of my time and money!
Treats don't stay in very well because you are basically just sitting the treat into a bit of folded felt.The ball is made from some circles of felt cloth held together by cable ties.My dog chewed through a couple of the cable ties and the ball started to fall apartIt didn't even last till the end of Christmas day
