I have greatly appreciated how caring and responsive the entite team has been for the past year I have been using CoVet in my practice. It has been incredible to work with this company in the development of a tool that is also completely reshaping my clinical experience, and for the better. Covet is doing a fantastic job of simplifying and improving the accuracy of my record-keeping and now, even patient care and client communication. The patient records are personalized to the level of professional vs.lay verbiage I prefer and the depth of insight is remarkable.The amount of time saved charting was my impetus to begin to use Covet. And now it is impacting all aspects of our practice improving workflow and communication and ultimately the client experience.I'm an '86 Purdue grad, so I'm a bit older, but I am easily able to embrace this user-friendly technology!Also, the responsiveness to questions and recommended changes has been phenomenal!Great job, Covet. CoVet has increased the speed and details of my medical records! The more I use it, the quicker I get! I clocked out of work at 6:05 last night and had appointments up until 5:40! That never happens! Also, the personal customer service is incredible. Shout out to Ceara!
Overall CoVet has made my job and life SO much easier. I love being able to dictate my notes. In general it does a very good job of capturing things. And what it captures it turns into really efficient records. My only issues are when it either doesn’t record or doesn’t save the recording, which doesn’t happen often and is sometimes a phone/service and sometimes an app issue. I also find the adjusting of templates to be a little clunky currently, but I’m sure that will continue to improve
