This setup is completely unprofessional. I've been a customer since the beginning to support their mission, but I am deeply disappointed. The customer service is terrible, and the interface is riddled with inaccuracies and glitches. Each time I've attempted to withdraw my funds, it took weeks of frustrating emails and phone calls. They continue to expand their services without properly testing their interface. They've taken public trust for granted. What they offer now is no longer unique, relying on common investment funds and easily accessible ETFs. Avoid them if you're planning to save your money for emergencies.
