This setup is entirely unprofessional. I've been a customer since the beginning because I wanted to support their mission, but I am extremely disappointed. The customer service is terrible, and the interface is often inaccurate and glitchy. Each time I attempted to withdraw funds, it took an incredibly long time and involved a frustrating series of emails and phone calls. They continue to expand their offerings without properly testing their interface, taking the public's trust for granted. What they currently provide is no longer unique, as they utilize common investment funds and easily accessible ETFs. I recommend avoiding this service if you're considering saving your money with them; it might be easier to retrieve a steak from a gator's jaws.

I was let down when the compliance team failed to return my call as promised. However, I must commend the service provided by the representative. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. After realizing I hadn’t received the promised follow-up, she proactively checked on my case, followed up with the compliance team, and kept me updated. Her professionalism and dedication turned a tough experience into a more manageable one. Although the situation was not ideal, her exceptional service truly stood out.
Great customer service experience. They genuinely value feedback on their services. In my case, after resolving an issue, they asked for my follow-up response, which I appreciated. This was my experience with the representative. I also hope the graph slider issue won't happen again.
