This setup is entirely unprofessional. I've been a customer since the beginning because I wanted to support their mission, but I am extremely disappointed. The customer service is terrible, and the interface is often inaccurate and glitchy. Each time I attempted to withdraw funds, it took an incredibly long time and involved a frustrating series of emails and phone calls. They continue to expand their offerings without properly testing their interface, taking the public's trust for granted. What they currently provide is no longer unique, as they utilize common investment funds and easily accessible ETFs. I recommend avoiding this service if you're considering saving your money with them; it might be easier to retrieve a steak from a gator's jaws.
