Blade snapped but isn't included in the warranty. Not great for a £50 trimmer that is being used once a week for 2 years.Replacement is £16 incl. P&P, which for a part that costs pennies to make and is not covered under warranty is extortionate. Probably designed to fail purposely. My previous Remington trimmer lasted for 5 years and was 1/3 of the price.Update: The spare part has been out of stock for over a month now and they will not reply to my emails. Poor customer service. Avoid!
