Been a wahl user for many years. I needed to replace some of my kit. I've noticed alot of people moving away from wahl but decided to stay as my products have always been reliable. Big mistake.ISSUE 1, My detailers were faulty and wouldn't cut shorter than my wahl super taper. The WAHL regional manager told me this is normal, which is utter nonsense and defies the point of the product. ISSUE 2. My clippered had bad blade alligned which couldn't be fixed, I request a refund and i ordered else where.They sent me back someone else's used returned clippers with the same issue, as it had long hairs attached...Edit: They stated they would send me a returns label. They didn't. I've now emailed them 5 times. Nothing. I've had to open a PayPal case just to get a response.
