Very poor service and customer care service, the garden wall have big cracks and was removed by Wain Homes since Sep, 2025, after that, no one has replied when can repair for me. Have sent email to customer service, the reply was “Site manager and repairing team do not have confirm date to repair”……
There are some broken into the garden, garage cases in the residential area and without the garden boundary wall, I really feel unsafe. I have send email to the site manager but no reply as usual. I have sent a formal complaint email to the customer service again on 22/1/2026, they said formal pathway to resolution will be provided to me within 10 working days.
I have sent email to the customer team again on 23/2/2026, they have replied me this time but still saying “ The current information I have is that there have been discussions with the Engineers, Bricklaying and groundwork teams but have not received anything further to advise when works will be carried out. I have today forwarded your latest email to the Contracts Managers and Build Teams asking for some further information to provide you”
“Really great service”, can’t repair the wall for more than 6 months after taken off, “Good job Wain Homes”
