While Folate is necessary, Folic Acid is harmful. A significant portion of the global population cannot process or convert synthetic Folic Acid into Methyl Folate due to the MTHFR gene mutation. How many other products does the company add Folic Acid to? I understand that this company is not the only one doing this!
