I went into Waitrose high Wycombe this week twice
A lovely lady on the self service cash out Claire who never fails to give amazing customer service this was on Wednesday 21st at 10.30/11 am
She always greets with a smile and your name
This also applies to everyone on the customer service desk today Siobhan Liz was so friendly and helpful with my app
There’s always a lovely lady called Suzanne and a few others that I can’t always remember their names apologies never failed to give beautiful CUSTOMER
Also today Sunday the 25th a lovely lady Julie came round from the meat department to cut my cheese for me that I get every week, as Matt nice gentlemen was serving a lady with a lot of products.
Julie Did did this so that I didn’t have to wait.
The service never fails you.
