The order was marked as 'out for delivery' several times, only to be returned without any proper delivery attempt. There was a lack of communication, no real effort to deliver, and no accountability. I waited for days and rearranged my schedule, but the product never arrived. For a brand of this caliber, such service is unacceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, reconsider ordering large items from them.
