Fraud company!
I had ordered a bed frame from Wakefit, it arrived with full damages and the Wakefit carpenter said that we have complained and in 2 days u will get the new cot and we will come install it.

It’s been almost 2 week, no response.
I have been following up with customer care and no response.
One of the worst companies ever.

Quality is horrible and the customer service is even more horrible.
I have paid so much for the bed frame and now idk what to do. Cause literally no solution from Wakefit!

Worst brand ever!
I suggest going with urban company as never faced any issue like this
Or maybe even sleepyhead.

Lack of urgency and poor service

There is a complete lack of urgency in completing the job, even for those who have paid in advance. Customers are left waiting while the staff seem to do little more than pass emails around in the back office. The delivery team offers countless excuses for delays, always blaming the customer, despite never even attempting to deliver by ringing the doorbell. What’s the point of having a physical address if the staff prefer to avoid the effort? If a customer has network issues, somehow it's their fault. It’s wise to withhold payment until the product is safely delivered. It’s astonishing to see how many customers have been let down, as reflected in the reviews. This service might as well be renamed as 'DeadBits.' It would be better if authorities shut down operations in the area.

Utterly frustrating experience

There is no urgency in completing the job, even for customers who have paid upfront. The staff seem to be just forwarding emails without taking action, and the delivery team always has excuses, placing the blame on the customer. They never even attempted to reach the address provided. What's the use of having a physical location if they prefer easy tasks over actual deliveries? If the customer faces connectivity issues, it's somehow their fault. Avoid paying this company until the product is delivered securely. It's astonishing how many customers have shared similar disappointments. This company should consider a rebranding.

Extremely disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a large mattress, and it has been one of the worst delivery experiences I've encountered. The order was marked as 'out for delivery' several times, only to be returned without any proper delivery attempt. There was a lack of communication, no real effort to deliver, and no accountability. I waited for days and rearranged my schedule, but the product never arrived. For a brand of this caliber, such service is unacceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, reconsider ordering large items from them.
