Extremely disappointing experience with Wakefit. I ordered two single seater Napper Plus sofas on 18th October with a promised delivery date of 3rd November. Since then, the delivery date has been changed multiple times, with no clear explanation and absolutely no accountability.Customer support kept saying the issue was “escalated,” yet nothing actually happened. Then, nearly a month after placing the order, I was suddenly told that the order was on hold for “size confirmation.” This makes no sense at all — the size was clearly selected at purchase time.To make things worse, I was incorrectly informed that I ordered three units instead of two, which shows a serious lack of attention to detail and internal coordination.The new delivery date given is now 23rd November, which is far beyond the original commitment. This entire situation has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, as we have been waiting endlessly without any clarity.Wakefit needs to seriously improve its operations, communication, and reliability. This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve had, and I would urge others to be cautious before ordering.
