I have bought 2 wakefit mattress and both the mattress have become useless in just 2.5 years due to excessive shrinkage.Wakefit makes false commitments for warranty. They don't replace mattress. Keep wasting time on emails for warranty claims, keep asking for photos and videos. They won't send any executive for visit.Wakefit is fooling people in the name of orthopedic mattress.Very very poor customer service and poor quality products.
