I had a very negative experience with customer service. If you have any learning difficulties, it's best to avoid this service as they seem to take advantage of such situations and continue to charge you. I spent a significant amount with them and received no real help, feeling pressured to pay more. Now I'm in debt just before the holiday season.

When I inquired about study breaks, I was misinformed about the process. Communication with tutors is limited, and when issues arise, they simply redirect you without resolution. This program is marketed as suitable for full-time workers, but the system is poorly structured. I felt abandoned and unsupported throughout my experience. I urge you to consider a different institution.
