My experience with Walbrook (formerly LIBF) has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I was withdrawn from my course without any clear or fair reason, despite fulfilling my academic responsibilities. Afterward, I was promised a refund in writing — but to this day, I’ve received nothing.What’s worse is that they now ignore all communication. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried to call, and followed up for weeks — with no reply, no explanation, and no refund. Their phone line often doesn’t work, and no one replies to emails. This is unacceptable behavior from any institution, especially one involved in financial education.This situation has wasted my time, disrupted my academic path, and caused financial stress, as I now need the refund to pay for another university. I also still haven’t received my Certificate of Higher Education, which I’m fully entitled to.
