Products are no where to be found after 10 business days have past. I've reached out to get update and nothing. Just automated msg providing different tracking with no updates. I would stay away as their customer service is no where to be found. With 30 days return from shipment day I don't think I can even do that with no products to be found within their promised time of shipping. Go for canada pooch instead. Buyers be aware!
