Canadians Should Be Cautious!

If you're in Canada, avoid ordering from this company. I followed their sizing guide, but the items were far too small. Returning them was a nightmare, as I had to ship them back to the U.S. at a high cost. It's disappointing because the product seemed promising if only the sizing was accurate.

Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I bought suspender boots for my dog, expecting black but received polka dots instead. They felt cheap and flimsy, resembling toys rather than proper dog boots. Ordered on December 5th

I placed an order on December 5th and received a confirmation. After being informed of a slight delay, it's now January 8th, and I still haven't received my order. This is the second pair I've ordered; the first tore but lasted a year. I wish the straps were sturdier instead of just being thin cloth.

Initially, I posted a negative comment but later realized customer service did attempt to reach me; unfortunately, the emails ended up in my spam folder. I will proceed with the return as instructed, but others should be cautious. My earlier statement about poor service and sizing issues was based on a misunderstanding.

Items Are Lost and No Assistance

I ordered on November 28th, and my items were supposedly shipped on December 5th. Now it's December 19th, and the package is missing. Despite multiple emails, the company offered to refund my shipping but I no longer trust them and just want my money back. Their customer service is unresponsive.

Second Pair for My New Puppy

My dog's feet get very cold in the snow, but they enjoy walking. The booties work reasonably well; they can be tricky to keep on, and my dogs aren't fond of wearing them, but they allow for walks in deep snow.
