I decided to share my experience with customer support for the first time. I recently ordered 2 items for Christmas and received a message that my parcel was ready for pickup. However, I was informed that the packages were sent back to the original sender due to the holiday season. I had to reach out to the company, and customer support claims the package was delivered and picked up, which is not true. I've emailed customer support three times explaining the situation, but I keep receiving automated responses. I still don't have my parcel or my refund.
