I placed my order two weeks ago, and every time I hear that the order will be shipped next week. I've been hearing this for two weeks now. I find this remarkable and hope that I can receive more information about my shipment than the same message from your service team every time.
I still haven't received my order and would like to know how much longer this will take. I haven't received any updates about my order either. My order number is: 26938.
It's been almost a month, and only 1 out of 3 items has arrived. That item has already been returned. I was told the other 2 items weren't sent due to stock issues. Later, I was informed they have the stock and have shipped the remaining order, yet it still hasn't been sent or delivered. I have no confidence this will arrive - it feels quite deceptive.

I've emailed customer support three times explaining the situation, but I keep receiving automated responses. I still don't have my parcel or my refund.

This positive experience has certainly motivated me to buy more items in the future.
I returned a parcel to exchange for a smaller size, including a note with all the correct details, which cost me £18 to ship. Instead of receiving the smaller size, I got a refund for the jumper instead of an exchange. Now, I have to wait 5-10 business days for the refund to process, and if I reorder now, it might not arrive in time for Christmas, which was the original plan.
