Received a partial refund for an order I placed. Sent a polite message asking what had been refunded. Was told to check shipping order email, to which I replied I hadn't received one. Told me it had been sent and to check my mail properly.I then received an email calling me a w****r and then received the shipping notification and in the notes saying that I was a reta*d. Very unprofessional and wont be using them in the future.
