I dislike this app. Even though I love walking in the mornings. I love yoga poses but to combine the two exercises mindfully and skillfully is an art. For a beginner, walking outdoors and then smoothly transferring into yoga poses is awkward and uncomfortable for me. I really dislike this app. For instance the descriptions and explanations of the yoga poses are very brief and it is difficult to copy. And the precision of holding each pose matters to how it can be beneficial
