Judging by the reviews here and my own personal experience, this company seem to offer an attractive trial period but, even if you cancel, you find yourself being charged all sort of monthly and annual fees.

I 100% know that I cancelled my subscription and I NEVER signed up for Mindway app. I joined but then my husband got really sick (he has lymphoma) and I only just had a chance to review our credit card statements and they have charged me almost $500. I emailed them and explained my circumstances and they refused a refund. I requested escalation to a Director or Founder and just got a cold and uncaring offer of a refund of $110 for the Mindway subscription, nothing else.

This has clearly been set up to scam people and need to be reported because I NEVER signed up for Mindway and I totally cancelled my membership before deleting the app.

This should be reported to Apple and the Police. This is fraud, not to mention immoral and disgusting - stealing money from people with cancer.

Stay away from this app. After cancelling, I was still charged and told the 'policy' is they do not refund after payment is made. No warning a payment was going out, or a warning that I had only partly cancelled on their part. It is not a great app, so I cancelled. It is a total scam; it doesn't do what it says, and they charge you even after you cancel.

I would not go anywhere near them!
I tried to check out an app they had, and I ended up charged over and over, signing me to other apps they have, and at one go extracting € 211 without my consent from my VISA card without me asking for it. Even if they have something useful to offer, for me they lost complete credibility as they acted to only get money from me without asking for and securing my consent first. I cannot get any of that reimbursed and it was quite complicated to get my subscription with them cancelled. Please stay well away folks!

AVOID THIS SERVICE TO ESCAPE SCAMMING! I signed up for a 3-month trial at £20.49 on January 8th. By the 10th, just two days later, I noticed the £20.49 had been deducted. However, I was shocked to find an additional charge of £176.99 taken without my consent. I contacted them to cancel and request a refund for the £176.99, but they claimed it wasn't possible due to the "billing cycle". It's utterly absurd, especially since I haven't even used the app for a week! How can they take such large sums without proper notice? PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE I HAVE! I plan to report this to PayPal, my bank, and trading standards, as they continue to refuse my refund request. AVOID!

I've previously lost over £350 to a questionable service on social media that accessed my account multiple times after I reported them. This isn't just feedback; it's a caution for those considering subscribing and a piece of advice for the company. Your website looks great, but the reviews are concerning. If you had addressed the issues raised in negative reviews, you would likely have many more satisfied subscribers instead of unhappy customers who feel misled.
