You can't be nice, some people won't let you be. This is my latest reply to them.MeYou fail to remain consistent on the subject, we were discussing walking yoga, now its changed to:- "The charge is for Mindway". And along with the threat of further costs! Them"You added an optional annual Mindway plan during your checkout. It included a 6-month free trial and then renews yearly.MeYou informed me from the outset you had supposedly cancelled all subscriptions!I understand this is an An American based company, please correct me if i'm wrong. It's the first one I have dealt with such poor customer care and follow up support.
