I contacted them months ago to cancel and was assured they had and that no more money would be taken from my account. A few days ago I realised that two further payments had been taken totalling over £80. When contacted I was told I had opened two accounts using the same email. and that the other account was still live. I questioned why any one would consciously open two accounts? I explained that I had been very unwell and was unable to afford these fees. They refused to refund me.
