I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my card was charged for services I never subscribed to. This is unacceptable. At first, only one subscription was canceled after my explicit request. Then I had to track down another email from "Mindway" and demand its cancellation separately through a different customer service address. Immediately afterward, I received three different cancellation notices, which makes no sense, since I only ever subscribed to one.It is completely unclear how these two companies operate, and the lack of transparency is alarming.Be sure always insist that every subscription be canceled at once, including those managed through Mindway’s separate customer service email. If you don’t, you may end up wasting time and energy chasing multiple hidden charges.
