The website never clearly stated that they would be billing you with a automatic reoccurring billing and never knew until a payment went out for 2.5 times the original amount. I havent used the service from day one as I didn't have the time to follow it. So for 3 months I haven't used it to find I have been billed on a automatic system and then be told when I asked for a refund it was NO and that was the same day it got taken out
