Same issue as nearly everyone else here with regards to cancellation. If you go through the ios app they make you email them to cancel. This is actually against Apple's T&Cs which read:"If the subscription is purchased inside the app through Apple's system, the app must allow easy cancellation through iOS, and cannot force the user to contact the company directly to cancel. Doing so would be against Apple’s guidelines and could result in the app being removed or rejected."When you email requesting a refund they will throw T&C's at you, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS, especially if you go through the ios app. Contact your card holder and raise a dispute, your card holder will probably have dealt with this company and other complaints before and they will refund your money, it will then be down to Walking Yoga to put a case against the dispute but from Apple's T&C's and the fact that they make it difficult to cancel through the app then chances are they will lose or accept the dispute.I raised a dispute and received my money back very quickly. If they were to put a cancellation button in through the app and it went through the Apple system then I have no doubt that this would actually improve the companies reviews and have more people using the app. Shame that they decide to make it difficult and hit you with the T&C's when you email which, is a disgraceful way of treating people.EDIT: Reply to the feedback from Walking Yoga below. When you purchase the app, it does not appear in the Apple Subscriptions on your ios device - Hence why you CANNOT cancel through there. Are you also not embarrassed at the number of reviews you are receiving regarding subscriptions? Rather than give the same response, why not add a cancellation button and resolve everyone's issue?
