There is no way of looking at your subscription or checking what you signed up to online or the app. You then get charged out of the blue with no prior warning. Total I was charged was £41.82 for 3 months subscription and £176.99 for Mindway upsell which I have no recollection of signing up to. I have no emails confirming the extra subscription and after reaching out to the company for a resolution, they just tell me no refund policy, but can’t provide a copy of my agreement.
